The Holmes-Omega Scholarship Foundation Golf Tournament is our primary fund raiser. Monetary scholarships are awarded to Denver Metropolitan area high school seniors matriculating to accredited colleges and universities for full time study. The Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Scholarship Fund for Denver Colorado was organized in 1965 through Chi Phi, a graduate chapter of the fraternity. The scholarship fund was reorganized in 1981 and incorporated in the State of Colorado as the Clarence F. Holmes/Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Memorial Scholarship Fund. In 1994, the fund was granted a 501(c)(3) Tax Exempt status by the Internal Revenue Service, with a Tax ID# 84-1220026. Since its origin in 1965, the Scholarship Fund has awarded in excess of $224,000 to deserving students.
The ticket price includes 18 holes of golf, range balls, golf cart, and a box lunch. The sponsorship packages include 18 holes of golf for two to four players, range balls, golf cart, box lunch, hole sign, and program ad. The golf tickets, sponsorships, and hole signs must be purchased by Tuesday, May 31, at 5pm.
